Before purchasing our home we worked with Lee for several years, during which time we were investigating opportunities for purchasing a retirement property in the Wilmington area. Lee always made himself available and cleared his calendar whenever we came to Wilmington from our home up North. He listened carefully to what we were looking for and proved himself very knowledgeable about both the area and the process of buying a home in Wilmington. Once we were ready to buy he showed he was really listening by encouraging us to take another look at a home we had crossed off our list.
